You need;

Red potatoes
Cream Cheese
Cream of potato soup
Ranch dip mix
garlic
pepper.

Cream together soup, cheese, and ranch, Coat the potatoes and dump mixture into crock pot spraye with cooking spray. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
